Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit:

 Candidates age should be 35 years for Asst Surgeon (General) and 30 years for Asst Surgeon (Dental) posts as on 01-07-2015. Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates must possess the qualification of MBBS Degree for Assistant Surgeon Post, BDS Degree for Asst Surgeon (Dental) Post.

Application Fee:

 General and other unreserved candidates are required to pay Rs. 750/- while SC/ ST/ Physically Handicapped/ PWD category candidates will have to pay only Rs. 347/- as application fee.

Application fee should be paid through Online Payment like Master/ Visa Debit or Credit cards or Internet Banking. Application fee also can be paid through offline mode where they have to pay the fee through System generated payment challan at any of the branches of Indian Bank. Payment should be made within two working days from the date of registration/submission of application.

Selection Process:

 Candidates will be selected based on their performance in written examination.
